Laurel and Hardy have always been there.

Late night film viewing with dad always include them.

Seeing the same ones over and over has never gotten old.

And they will always be funny.

Just now I looked up Laurel and Hardy on google and came across this great video.

Although this is not part of their real routine, I think their humor still shows through.

Once you view this, you must watch their real show.

coffee helps

Getting up these days is hard.

Alarm goes off, hit snooze.

Alarm goes off, hit snooze.

Alarm goes off, hit snooze.

The dreams in between involve talk show hosts, beaches with dance parties and meteor showers.

The idea of coffee is the final push towards a morning shower.

"If I get up now, I'll have time to make coffee and maybe drink it too..."

The morning is never as bad as expected.

Except, when competing against a pillow, the morning hardly wins.

Under my house

No wombat lives under my house.
However, if one were to, he would like it there.
It would be his burrow, dark and safe.
He would greet me at night appearing from under the front steps.
In the morning I would leave him a scone and run off to class.
Returning in the eve I would make tea and wait for the sun to set.
We would chat together about the sky and the ground.
He would yawn with intent to stay awake and I would yawn with exhaustion from the day.
In the beginning we would wander the streets at night, now I fall asleep too early.
I havn't seen my wombat in a few weeks now, but I know he still likes it here from the
baked goods he leaves on the front steps for me.

Summer sweets

At the Birchwood Cafe. The best place for after dinner dessert.

Driving there is always a challenge though. Sure of where to go until the Seward neighborhood part then it is all guessing and confusion from there. Never fail to find it though.

Favorite part: Peace Coffee bottomless!!

Get the Rhubarb pie if available. Wonderful :)

cleaning takes much longer than ever expected.

once done, it takes half the time to become messy again.

but while it lasts, it will be put to good use.

many projects and crafts will come from this room.

it will then be cleaned again.
